Here at AKA Therapy we feel it is important to give back to our community. Here are some of the ways in which we strive to provide a support outside of our offices.
After years of working with the amazing individuals and horses at the Loving Thunder Ranch, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to sponsor Laramie!

Loving Thunder's mission is to empower and improve the quality of life for people with mental and physical challenges through therapeutic horsemanship, therapies, and educational outreach.
AKA Therapy is a place where individuals and families come to seek perspective and healing. By becoming a BioPark Parent, AKA Therapy provides funds to support a new generation of animals to enter the ABQ Zoo and helps to ensure a safe and educational space for families and youth to learn and explore in our city.
The ABQ BioPark's mission is "Fostering meaningful connections between people and nature". As a practice we find that encouraging meaningful connections between individuals and their environment can be vital.
Here at AKA Therapy, we value the work that goes into a meal and the importance of knowing where your next meal is coming from. We were thrilled to support Joy Junction in providing meals for unhomed and in need individuals throughout the Albuquerque Metro Area.

Thier mission is "Joy Junction provides a hand up to the homeless and hungry. With food, shelter, clothing, recovery programs, and life skills training, we empower individuals to re-enter the workforce and break the cycle of homelessness, one life at a time."
